Pengaturan penggunaan Shall sekarang ini sering digantikan dengan will. Sehingga sah-sah saja apabila kita menemukan kata will untuk penggunaan shall.

1. Subject (I, We) + shall + infinitive

• We shall go on next basketball match
• We shall prevail from any calamity

2. Subject (They, You, He, She, It)  + will + infinitive

• Robin will get a goal for next soccer match
• That fossil stone will break if you sit on top of it
• You will ripe what you sow 

    Kalimat Verbal Tanya 

1. Question Word + shall + Subject (I, We) + infinitive ? 

• How shall we prepare next party on Saturday ?
• What shall we cook for tomorrow breakfast ?

2. Question Word + will + Subject (They, You, He, She, It) + infinitive ?

• Where will you go to Japan?
• When will Robin get together with Batman ?

Pola kalimat dengan bentuk simple present tense untuk menggantikan fungsi shall/will. Pola kalimat ini digunakan apabila sesuatu yang dilakukan masih niatan.

1. Subject (disesuaikan) + to be (is, am, are) + going to + infinitive

• We are going to leave Bali Island next week
• Robin is going to dive in Bunaken Sea on the next holiday
• I am going to meet Thiago Silva at Maracana Stadium

2. Question word + to be + Subject + going to + infinitive  ?

• Where am i going to get menu in this restaurant?
• When is you going to go to France?

3. Question word + to be + going to + infinitive ?

Penggunaan pola kalimat ini bermaksud untuk menanyakan subject 

• Who is going to get Penalty?
• Who is going to win Wimbledon?
